Meet Shelby Strachan
As a nanny herself, she has 5 years of professional experience under her belt in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. She graduated from the University of Maryland with a bachelor’s degree in political science, but quickly realized that is not her passion. Instead, she is driven to guide both families and household staff in navigating the overwhelming placement process. With her personal connection to this industry, she has experienced the extensive process that takes place when hiring household staff firsthand. With her expertise, she’s determined to efficiently place trusted staff within homes and relieve the pressure off of families.
Meet Haley Ellis
Upon graduating high school, she earned a teaching certification, landing her a full time position teaching pre-kindergarten. Although grateful for the opportunity inside the classroom, she was looking to build more of a personal connection. Since then, she has now experienced a variety of family dynamics while being a live-in nanny across different states. Therefore, she feels well equipped to find the appropriate support to meet the needs of each individual family. Now knowledgable about the hiring process, she is eager to help your family find the help it deserves.
