Candidate Process
Step 1: Fill out application (s)
If applying to a specific open position on our Job Board, please state which one(s) on your form. If applying with us in general to be considered for future jobs, we will keep you updated should any openings arise that are a suitable match for you. Please refer to the top of the application forms for all the necessary information.
Step 2: Background Check
Once we've reviewed your form, we will determine whether you meet the minimum requirements for a placement with us. If so, we will proceed with the next steps, which include a virtual interview, reference checks, social media screening, and a background check. Should your application not be accepted, you will receive an email outlining the reasons for this decision. Step 3: Interview(s) with Prospective Families
The family will receive the resume for each prospective candidate who is interested in their job AD. Should a family want to connect with a candidate, the introduction will be made via a text message group to facilitate meeting arrangements & next steps. Kindly note that candidate eligibility to connect with families is dependent upon success in all background check categories listed in Step 2. We highly recommend at least a 2 day trial following an in person interview/ meet and greet with the family to ensure it is a fit for both parties.
Step 4: Final Phase
Following a trial, the family will notify us whether they would like to offer the candidate the position or continue with the search. If an offer is made, the candidate and family will create a contract mutually sustainable. Although we are not a party to this contract, our role as the agent is to provide industry standard insights to guide realistic expectations and ensure that the terms are fair and respectful.
